Retail Team Leader... we call you our Brand Leads. As a Brand Lead, you have your own style and are genuine ambassadors for our brand. You are an expert in delivering an exceptional customer brand experience in store. You will support the management team to motivate and lead the associate team to achieve store targets and strive for excellence across all areas.
Main responsibilities
Operations & Service
- Deliver the ultimate brand experience using your local knowledge and sales expertise.
- Become an expert in our style choices and bring these to life for our customers.
- Make informed decisions for our customers, including handling in-store consumer issues.
- Act as a brand ambassador by embodying our behaviours, values, and style.
- Build trust through collaboration and open communication, serving as a positive role model.
- Continuously develop your product knowledge and understanding of the business.
- Ensure the store looks appealing and aligns with the Superdry store look.
- Take ownership of delivering business objectives set by the Store Leader, coaching the team to meet retail standards and service expectations.
- Support compliance tasks such as loss prevention and health and safety.
- Drive a proactive attitude to exceed expectations and motivate the team to do the same.
- Embrace and share the Superdry culture with colleagues.
- Maintain commercial awareness of store KPIs and contribute ideas to improve performance.
- Focus on productivity and making a positive impact each day.
- Be authentic and true to yourself.
- Hold keys for opening and closing the store, including cash handling responsibilities.
