Key Responsibilities

1. Assist the Store Manager in leading, training, and motivating the team to meet performance targets and uphold excellent customer service standards.
2. Organize, oversee, and conduct stock-takes.
3. Handle daily cashing up procedures.
4. Manage store opening and closing, including holding keys.
5. Achieve KPIs/Targets related to sales, performance, and shrinkage.
6. Oversee receipt, checking, pricing, and merchandising of deliveries.
7. Report queries and discrepancies promptly.
8. Manage refunds and exchanges.
9. Coordinate with Directors and Head Office as instructed.
