Job summary

Clarks is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving daily operations and leading the retail team. The role blends leadership with customer service and operational management in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has hands-on leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate a team to achieve performance goals. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership, supervisory, or keyholder roles preferred.
• Comfortable in driving KPI’s and results.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
