Job summary

ON in London is seeking a Lead Store Advisor to drive sales performance, mentor Store Advisors, and uphold operational excellence.

You will supervise customer interactions, optimize stock, and execute visual merchandising plans, bringing innovative ideas to improve store processes.

This role requires leadership, strong communication, and weekend/evening availability, with fluency in English and German B2.

Qualifications

• 3 years in retail operations or customer-focused environment with at least 1 year leading teams or driving performance initiatives.
• Experience in Outlet, Running, Fashion, or Sports is a plus, but a passion for these areas is essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and inspire your team.
• A keen eye for maintaining a visually appealing store and upholding high visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays as needed.
• You are fluent in English and have a level of B2 German.
