Responsibilities

• Hold daily team briefs, sharing store KPIs and motivating the team to beat them.
• Drive exceptional service through the selling ceremony and KPI focus.
• Perform store walks and shape visual merchandising based on commercial needs.
• Monitor sales performance and take actions to support team success.
• Handle serious complaints escalated with professionalism and care.
