Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy UK store in Liverpool. You will coach a team of sales assistants, drive sales targets and ensure a world-class customer experience on a 40-hour week.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on KPIs, brand values, and store performance. You will be responsible for running daily floor operations, customer service excellence, and teamwork to deliver memorable jewellery shopping moments.

Formación

• Experience leading a retail team and driving sales targets.
• Ability to coach and motivate individuals to achieve KPIs.
• Strong customer service approach and communication skills.
