Qualifications

• Experience driving sales and profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily team briefs; share store KPIs and motivate the team to beat them.
• Drive exceptional service through role-modeling our selling ceremony and achieving KPIs.
• Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and coordinating with management.
