Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Supervisor to lead the busy UK store floor, coach a team of sales assistants, and deliver a world-class customer experience. The role involves owning daily store operations, meeting personal KPIs and sales targets, and upholding brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver.

You’ll supervise sales activity, handle till operations, support recruitment and store administration, and ensure security procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in driving sales and profitability.
• Strong communication skills to coach a high performing team.
• Experienced in delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee busy sales floor and motivate the team to beat KPIs.
• Handle till systems, cashing up and reconciliations.
• Lead store opening/closing procedures and security compliance.
• Support management with recruitment and investigations as needed.
• Provide exemplary service and build strong brand relationships.
