Pandora is seeking an organised, proactive Assistant Store Manager in the United Kingdom. You will support store operations, lead from the shop floor, coach a high-performing team and drive commercial success to beat targets while delivering world-class service.

You’ll manage daily operations, merchandising, rotas and stock control, with a focus on exceptional customer experiences across a busy, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail leadership is essential.
• Strong customer service and sales focus with a track record of delivering targets.
• Excellent communication, coaching and people-management skills.
• Organised, proactive and able to optimise store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store on a shift basis, supporting the Store Manager.
• Analyse sales KPIs and customer feedback to drive commercial decisions.
• Plan staffing, rota and stock/merchandising to maximise performance.
• Develop and coach a high-performing team to meet targets and standards.
• Uphold Pandora customer service standards and brand values.
