Naylor's Equestrian Llp in Chesterfield seeks a Supervisor to enhance the shopping experience at JD Sports. In this role, you'll support the smooth operation of the shop floor, lead by example, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining store presentation.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or team-leader experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to guide and support colleagues on the shop floor.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high standards in service, presentation, and store operations.
• Passion for retail, strong product and trend awareness, and the ability to promote JD Group values.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent JD service by supporting customers and resolving queries.
• Monitor service levels and assist with effective product placement.
• Keep the shop floor clean and organised to meet brand expectations.
• Assist with daily operational duties including cashing up.
