Job summary

Deichmann are seeking a Retail Supervisor for the Epsom store in a part-time, permanent capacity consisting of 4 hours per week. You will support store management, lead a small team on shift, and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience to customers.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to lead a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced store environment and handle busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, cash handling and related admin duties.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build product knowledge.
• Lead by example to promote complementary products and reach targets.
• Assist management in achieving store sales targets and KPI’s.
• Ensure displays are refreshed and contributions to merchandising are accurate.
• Manage stock deliveries and store transfers; address customer queries.
