Job summary

Deichmann SE in Blackpool is seeking a Retail Supervisor for 16 hours per week. You will lead the store team, open/close procedures, manage cash handling, and ensure an excellent customer experience. A part-time role with potential for growth in a busy footwear retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience handling cash and banking tasks.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Experience with stock replenishment and merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open/close the store, handle cashing up and admin duties.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Promote and upsell complementary products during sales.
• Support management to hit store targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and refreshed.
• Process stock deliveries and transfers.
• Address customer queries and complaints.
