Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and administrative duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain product knowledge.
• Promote and upsell complementary products with each sale.
• Assist management in achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as required.
• Ensure merchandising is correct and inviting to customers.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Address customer queries and complaints.
