Job summary

Deichmann SE in Dundee is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our team on a 16-hour per week contract. You will support the store management, lead a small team on shift, and help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for customers at 32 Murraygate.

You will be paid an hourly rate of up to £13.91 plus occasional commission. The role is part-time and permanent, with 16 hours per week, and starts immediately. If you have energy, drive and a passion for retail, this is the role for you.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to lead a team.
• Experience with cash handling and banking processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open/close store and perform cashing up.
• Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge.
• Drive sales and KPI targets through teamwork.
• Manage stock deliveries and store transfers.
