Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and related admin duties.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build product knowledge to customers.
• Lead by example, promote complementary products with each sale.
• Assist management to hit store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as needed and ensure the store is well merchandised.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
