Job summary

Deichmann UK is seeking a Retail Supervisor for our Leicester store at Unit 5, 6 Humberstone Gate, LE1 3PH. This is a part-time, permanent role, 25 hours per week, with a competitive hourly rate of up to £13.91 plus commission. Start date is immediate; previous retail supervisory experience is preferred.

You will lead the team, deliver outstanding customer service, manage opening/closing duties, and support sales targets and stock management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has energy, drive and passion to work in fast-paced retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver strong customer service.
• Experience in cash handling and banking is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise store team in absence of Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Lead by example, promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Work with management to hit store sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandising is up-to-date and inviting; manage stock deliveries.
