Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong customer service focus and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a small team and work on the shop floor.
• Experience with cash handling and opening/closing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and associated admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong product knowledge.
• Promote complementary products with each sale and upsell where appropriate.
• Assist management in driving sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandise is well displayed and stock is managed.
