Job summary

Deichmann are seeking an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor for our Solihull store on a 16-hour-per-week contract, with an hourly rate up to £13.91 plus commission. Start date immediate.

You will lead the team, open/close shifts, deliver excellent customer service and help drive sales while maintaining store standards. This part-time role offers development opportunities within our retail network.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous supervisory experience including cash handling and banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Willing to commit to a 16-hour per week contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and admin duties.
• Offer excellent levels of customer service and have strong product knowledge.
• Lead by example, promoting complementary products with each sale.
• Assist management in guiding the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Support team members as and when required.
• Ensure store merchandising is correct and displays are inviting.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints.
