Job summary

Deichmann SE in Redditch is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join our store at Kingfisher Shopping Centre.

This part-time, permanent role is 12 hours per week with an hourly rate up to £13.91 and potential sales commission. You will support store management, deliver great customer service, and lead the team on shift.

Ideal candidates have retail experience and supervisory background, strong interpersonal skills, and the drive to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience and supervisory background desired.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and related admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and strong product knowledge.
• Lead by example, promote complementary products with each sale.
• Support the team to achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Assist with stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Handle customer queries and complaints.
