Job summary

Deichmann is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor in Mansfield to join our team for 16 hours per week. The role supports the store management and aims to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, with opportunities to grow in retail.

You will lead the store team in the absence of the Store Manager, manage opening/closing, cash handling, stock deliveries, merchandising and customer service, with a competitive hourly rate up to £13.91 plus hourly sales commission.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience including cashing up and banking.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open and close the store, including cashing up and related admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Promote complimentary products with each sale.
• Help achieve store sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandised, refreshed product displays.
• Handle stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Deal with customer queries and complaints.
