Job summary

Deichmann UK seeks a Retail Supervisor for our Leicester store to support the Store Manager, lead the team, and ensure a high level of customer service. The role is part-time (16 hours/week) with an hourly rate up to £13.91 plus commission, offering growth within a fast-paced retail environment.

You will manage opening/closing, stock, merchandising, and customer interactions while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, supervisory background preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the store team in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Open & close the store, including cashing up and related admin duties.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote products.
• Lead by example to upsell complimentary items.
• Support team to hit sales targets and KPIs.
• Ensure merchandise displays are appealing and up-to-date.
• Process stock deliveries and store transfers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints.
