Job summary

Toolstation Ltd is seeking a Retail Supervisor to be the face of the store in Wood Green, managing early starts and late finishes. You’ll support the Store Manager, check deliveries, stock shelves, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You'll lead a small team, motivate staff, and contribute to a positive, high-performing branch culture while upholding Toolstation’s standards and delivering great customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager in their absence, motivating and engaging the team or coaching the team to grow sales and achieve targets.
• Checking and unpacking deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning the branch and putting orders together.
• Delivering great service with a smile and coaching the team to do the same.
• Asking questions and building relationships to ensure customers leave the branch with everything they need.
• Maintaining high branch standards and a positive, fun working environment.
