• An experienced supervisor or duty manager who is used to managing a small team in a fast-paced environment.
• Great at giving amazing customer service, and able to translate that into sales.

Responsibilities

• Host – you’ll be the team leader, hosting in store, guiding customers to the right products and setting a standard of excellence.
• Store standards – ensure smooth cash reconciliations, respond to queries, audit compliance and stock management.
• Part of the team – work with colleagues to keep the store running smoothly and enjoy the teamwork.
