Job summary

Screwfix is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead in-store teams and deliver exceptional customer service. You will manage a small team, uphold store standards, handle cash and stock responsibilities, and ensure smooth daily operations while keeping a welcoming, productive atmosphere.

Qualifications

Experience as a supervisor or duty manager leading a small team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
