Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisor to join our Warrington store, working 20 hours per week with flexibility to take extra shifts.

You'll support the management team, motivate colleagues, drive sales, keep shelves stocked, and deliver the customer service that makes shoppers feel valued.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail environments.
• Understanding of retail KPIs (sales, profit, service).
• Ability to develop others and improve skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate staff in a fast-paced store to achieve targets.
• Support management and drive sales while delivering excellent customer service.
