Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join its store management team in Coventry. You will drive sales through exceptional customer service and strong operational standards, and cover the Store Manager in their absence.

This is a flexible, part-time contract with a fixed number of hours per week across varied shifts. A generous benefits package and vibrant OB culture await the successful candidate.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead a team.
• Ability to manage store operations and performance targets.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the store's sales growth through commercial analysis, including footfall, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Ensure the team is aware of sales targets and current performance and their impact on KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve high standards.
• Hold daily briefings to share information about store targets in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Support the team in the manager's absence.
• Follow cash handling guidelines for till transactions and cashing up.
• Review replenishment to keep top sellers available and fully merchandised.
• Follow health and safety and security guidelines.
• Maintain positivity, energy and ability to multitask.
• Be kind, helpful and considerate to customers and team members.
• Maintain commercial awareness and seek opportunities to learn.
