Job summary

Oliver Bonas is opening a new Leicester store and seeks a Store Manager to lead the team, drive sales, and create a positive, welcoming customer experience. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will manage shifts, set SMART objectives, and ensure high standards of service while upholding OB values of collaboration and kindness.

The role is a full-time, flexible hours contract with generous benefits and a focus on developing a fun, inclusive store culture.

Responsibilities

• Analyse a variety of reports to measure the store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to identify development areas.
• Provide leadership and guidance to all team members, aligning personal and store objectives.
• Conduct progress meetings and appraisals, setting SMART goals.
• Communicate development or training needs to the Area Manager and People Advisor.
• Provide a great customer experience and consistently deliver service excellence.
• Ensure the team adheres to OB operational standards.
