Job summary

Oliver Bonas Limited is seeking a positive and energetic Store Supervisor to join Team OB in Winchester. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales through outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards across the store.

You will lead by example, engage with customers and manage daily operations in the Manager's absence, contributing to OB's fun, friendly culture while delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.
• Exceptional organisation skills and the ability to multitask.
• Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store's sales growth through customer-focused service and KPI awareness.
• Act as role model in absence of Store Manager, maintaining high store standards.
• Lead daily briefings and communicate store targets.
• Support the team in the Manager's absence.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and till reconciliation.
• Regularly review replenishment to keep top sellers in stock and well merchandised.
• Uphold health, safety and security guidelines.
