Job summary

Oliver Bonas is seeking a positive and ambitious Supervisor to join Team OB. As part of the store management team, you will drive sales through exceptional customer service and outstanding operational standards.

You will manage the store in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, bringing energy, fun and a genuine enthusiasm for OB to the team and customers. You will lead by example, deliver daily briefings, monitor KPIs, and ensure replenishment and merchandising meet

Qualifications

• Experience in retail at supervisor or key holder level.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to store sales growth through analysis of footfall, conversions, and KPIs.
• Ensure the team is aware of the store's sales targets and current performance and their impact on KPIs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help the team achieve high standards.
• Hold daily briefing sessions to share information about store targets when the Store Manager is absent.
• Support the team in the manager's absence.
• Follow cash handling procedures including till transactions and cashing up.
• Review replenishment needs to keep top sellers stocked and the store fully merchandised.
• Follow health and safety and security guidelines.
