Job summary

Oliver Bonas in Cardiff is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join Team OB and help drive sales while motivating the store team. You will work with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences and manage store performance across KPIs.

The role offers a flexible contract with a fixed number of hours per week and different shift patterns, with advance rota communication and open discussions about flexible working options.

• Analyse reports to measure store and team performance.
• Work with KPIs to evaluate performance and development areas.
• Lead by example and guide team members to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with the store manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Support progress meetings and appraisals for all team members.
• Support career progression for the team.
• Follow cash handling guidelines and till operations.
• Ensure adherence to OB operational standards.
• Communicate in an approachable yet authoritative style aligned with OB voice.
