Job summary

Bestway-Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a confident and passionate Store Supervisor to join our team. You will lead from the front, deliver exceptional customer service, and uphold our brand standards in-store.

The role requires flexible shifts between 6am and 10pm, strong communication, decision-making and multitasking skills, plus the ability to train new staff and upsell promotions. You will play a key part in delivering a great customer experience daily.

Your main responsibilities

• Provide first class customer service
• Present the store in-line with the company brand standards guidelines

• Ensure Company Policies and Procedures are being always followed and adhered to

• Provide training to new members of the team

• Must be able to work flexible shift patterns throughout the trading day (6am - 10pm)
• Ensure store control guidelines are followed by all team members
