Job summary

Wickes in the United Kingdom is recruiting for a Permanent full-time Retail Supervisor. You will motivate and lead team members to deliver outstanding customer service and to ensure smooth store operations.

As a key holder, you will support scheduling, supervise routine tasks, and help maintain a welcoming store environment while driving performance and customer satisfaction.

If you are 21 yrs and over £13.39 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.64 phr and under 18 yrs £9.46 phr.

• Up to 5% annual bonus and up to £300 per month gain share bonus
