Superdrug Stores plc in Telford is hiring a Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced high street environment. You’ll support the management team, drive sales, and deliver friendly customer service that keeps shoppers coming back. Location: Unit 15, Telford Forge Retail Park, TF3 4AG.

This 16-hour week role includes weekend and evening shifts with the potential for more hours. Salary is £13.50 per hour, with training provided for piercing services and the chance to develop your leadership

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
