SUPERDRUG is seeking a proactive Supervisor to support the store management team in Oxford. You will help drive sales, keep shelves stocked, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You''ll lead by example, coach colleagues, and contribute to achieving targets while maintaining high standards of presentation. The role offers 20 hours per week with potential for more hours and flexible shifts.

Formación

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided; not essential).

Responsabilidades

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store presentation to a high standard.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors, supporting targets achievement.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
