Superdrug is hiring a Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced store in Camberley. You will work 16 hours a week with the opportunity for more hours, and you will earn £13.65 per hour.

You’ll support the management team with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service to ensure customers leave the store feeling great. Ideal candidates have supervisory or team leadership experience, a solid grasp of retail KPIs, and a willingness to develop others.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsabilités

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store visually appealing; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Contribute to hitting targets and ensuring smooth store running.
