Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in Sully, Vale of Glamorgan, is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor to support the store management in daily operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

You will lead a small team, manage shifts, stock shelves, reduce shrinkage, and help training. Shifts include weekends; 16 hours per week with potential extra hours; hourly rate £13.65.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a busy store to hit targets.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store well-presented.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Support day-to-day store operations with the management team.

Shifts: Flexible, Saturday 9am to 6.30p.m, Sunday 10am to 5.15 pm, every 4th Tuesday 6pm to 8 pm

Salary: £13.65 per hour
