Job summary

Aramark UK in Northallerton is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support daily operations in a busy retail environment. You will lead by example, supervise colleagues, and deliver excellent customer service while upholding high standards.

The role is 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri with some weekends) at £13.35 per hour. Benefits include a company pension, life assurance, generous holiday, training and clear progression opportunities.

Aramark UK are currently recruiting for a Retail Supervisor to join our team at Northallerton, DL7 9NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and customer-focused individual to take on a supervisory role within a busy retail environment. You will support the day-to-day operation, lead by example, and help deliver an outstanding experience for customers.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Retail Supervisor to support the management team in overseeing the daily operation of our retail service. You will play a key role in supervising colleagues, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the smooth running of retail activities while fostering a positive team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support retail team members during day-to-day operations
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with opening and closing procedures as required

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience is desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service focus with a positive attitude

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident handling day-to-day operational responsibilities
• Flexible approach to working patterns, including some weekends
