Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking a Supervisor to support day-to-day store operations, lead a team and drive sales. The role includes coaching colleagues, maintaining high standards, and occasional duties such as piercing services after training.

Flexible shifts and progression to an Assistant Manager role are highlighted. The position is 30 hours per week, with a 3pm–9pm shift pattern, located in London Borough of Hounslow.

Formación

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) and must have been a Team Leader for at least 6 months.
• Willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build network; must have completed a career conversation with Line Manager and Area Manager.

Responsabilidades

• Keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage and minimise till errors.

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role), + You need to be a Team Leader for at least 6 months in the business, be confident in your role and be wanting to take the next step into an Assistant Manager role.
• You will have already demonstrated your skills, willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build your network, and have completed a career conversation or interview with your Line Manager and Area Manager to confirm your readiness for the programme. 6.
