Job summary

Superdrug in Hamilton is seeking a Supervisor to help lead a fast-paced store and deliver outstanding customer service, day in and day out.

You will support the management team with the day-to-day running, drive sales, ensure accurate tills, shrinkage control, and staff development, with flexible Mon-Sun shifts. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of £13.50 for 16 hours per week, with opportunities to take on more hours.

Qualifications

• Experience as supervisor or team leader in a fast-paced retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided and not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day running of the store and support the management team.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service to shoppers.
• Keep shelves stocked, manage till accuracy, and help reduce shrinkage.
• Support the team to hit targets and maintain smooth store operations.
• Occasional flexible shifts to cover across the week.

What you’ll bring to the role:
