Job summary

Superdrug on Shaftesbury is seeking a Supervisor to lead a busy store. You’ll motivate a team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring store standards and stock appearance. The role is 16 hours per week with potential extra hours and shifts including weekends.

You’ll support management day-to-day, help reduce shrinkage, and aim to hit targets. Superdrug offers up to 28 days holiday, employee discount, training, incentives, and access to Stream for earnings tracking.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to coach and develop others' skills.
• Willingness to perform piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and the store looking its best; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred


• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service


• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills


• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
