Job summary

Superdrug Stores plc in Hamilton is seeking a Supervisor to lead the team and keep energy high in a fast-paced retail environment. You will support management, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service across shifts.

The role involves stock upkeep, shrinkage control, and till accuracy, with training provided for any new responsibilities. We offer flexible hours and opportunities for career growth within the store community.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team lead experience in a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver high quality customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best; minimise shrinkage and till errors.
• Help the team hit targets and ensure smooth store running.
• Maintain a positive, energetic work environment with flexible coverage.

Hours: 16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts: Flexible, Mon-Sun AM/PM

Salary: £13.50 per hour

What you’ll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred

• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
