Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in Leicester is seeking a part-time Supervisor to lead a fast-paced team and drive store performance. The role focuses on developing staff, meeting KPIs, and delivering excellent customer service while supporting management daily.

The candidate should have prior team leadership experience, be comfortable with coaching others, and prepared to travel to other stores to gain exposure. Training for piercing services is provided if needed.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided and not essential).
• Must have been a Team Leader for at least 6 months and be ready to progress to an Assistant Manager role.
• Willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build network.
• Completed a career conversation with Line Manager and Area Manager to confirm readiness for the programme.

• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role), + You need to be a Team Leader for at least 6 months in the business, be confident in your role and be wanting to take the next step into an Assistant Manager role.
• You will have already demonstrated your skills, willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build your network, and have completed a career conversation or interview with your Line Manager and Area Manager to confirm your readiness for the programme.
