Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in Minehead is seeking a Supervisor to lead a small team, 16 hours per week, at £13.50 per hour. You should have supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer and a solid grasp of retail KPIs (sales, profit and service).

The role includes developing others, maintaining high customer service, and supporting store management. Piercing services may be required after training; you must have led a team for at least six months and be ready to progress

• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills


• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role), You need to be a Team Leader for at least 6 months in the business, be confident in your role and be wanting to take the next step into an Assistant Manager role.

You will have already demonstrated your skills, willingness to travel to other stores to gain experience and build your network, and have completed a career conversation or interview with your Line Manager and Area Manager to confirm your readiness for the programme.
