Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc in Telford is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a small team in a fast-paced high street store. You will support the management team with day-to-day operations, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service.

The role involves staff motivation, on-the-floor coaching, and ensuring store standards, stock, and till accuracy. Flexible hours include evenings and weekends; 16 hours per week with potential for more.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Motivate the team and keep energy high in a fast-paced store
• Lead on-store operations and drive sales targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and product knowledge
• Support management with day-to-day running of the store
• Assist with stock, tills, shrinkage, and store standards

Hours:

16 hours a week with the opportunity to work more hours

Shifts:

Flexible to include evenings and weekends.

What you'll bring to the role:
