Job summary

Superdrug in Belfast is seeking a Supervisory role for a part-time store team. You’ll lead a small team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while managing day-to-day store operations.

You’ll mentor colleagues, help achieve targets, and ensure shelves are well stocked, with flexible shifts and the potential to work extra hours. The role offers a friendly environment with training and employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer.
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service.
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills.

Responsibilities

• Motivate others and keep energy high in a fast-paced environment.
• Support management with day-to-day store operations, driving sales and customer service.
• Keep shelves stocked and store looking its best; help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
