Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking a Retail Supervisor at our Nelson Place store in Guernsey. This 16-hour weekly role offers £15.35 per hour and focuses on motivating the team, driving sales, and delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will support the management team with daily operations, keep shelves stocked, reduce shrinkage, and help the team meet targets while delivering That Superdrug experience to every customer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Understanding of retail KPIs such as sales, profit and service.
• Ability to develop and upskill colleagues.
• Willingness to perform piercing services with training provided.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team with day-to-day store operations.
• Drive sales and deliver customer service that keeps customers returning.
• Keep shelves stocked and store presentation to a high standard.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors and assist in achieving targets.

What you'll bring to the role:

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
