Job summary

inploi in Malvern is seeking a Retail Supervisor to join a fast-paced high street environment. This 16-hour-per-week role offers £13.65 per hour and requires strong leadership to motivate a team and deliver excellent customer service.

You'll support the management team with daily running, drive sales, keep shelves stocked, and help reduce shrinkage and till errors to hit targets. Flexible shifts and a friendly team await.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailer preferred
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided)
