Job summary

Superdrug Stores Plc is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Worcestershire for 16 hours per week at Malvern Shopping Park. You will support the management team, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service while keeping shelves stocked and the store looking its best.

The role offers flexible Mon-Fri am/pm/evening shifts and a salary of £13.65 per hour. This position includes opportunities for training and development within a fast-paced high street retailer.

Qualifications

• Supervisory or team leader experience in a fast-paced high street retailer preferred.
• Understanding of retail KPIs including sales, profit and service.
• Ability to help others develop and improve their skills.
• Willingness to carry out piercing services (training provided) and not essential to start.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the store team to maintain high energy and achieve targets.
• Support management with day-to-day running of the store and drive sales.
• Deliver excellent customer service and keep the store stocked and presentable.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors and contribute to a smooth operation.
