Job summary

Superdrug is seeking a Supervisory leader for Bournemouth with 20 hours per week, focused on driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll support management, train staff, and help run day-to-day operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll lead by example, manage store performance, and contribute to a positive customer experience while maintaining store standards and achieving targets.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory or team-leader experience in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Understanding of retail KPIs: sales, profit, service.
• Ability to coach and develop colleagues.
• Willingness to perform piercing services (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate store team to achieve targets.
• Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist in day-to-day store operations and visuals.
• Help reduce shrinkage and till errors.
• Keep shelves stocked and store tidy.

What You’ll Bring To The Role

• Supervisory or team leader experience within a fast-paced high street retailerpreferred
• Understanding of retail Key Performance Indicators; including sales, profit and service
• The ability to help others to develop and improve their skills
• Willingness to carry out piercing services for our customers (training provided and not essential as part of the role)
