Job summary

Wickes in Dartford is hiring a permanent, full-time team member who will be a key holder, supervise colleagues, and ensure the store runs smoothly, from keeping displays tidy to fulfilling customer orders and guiding shoppers. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service, training new staff, supporting rostering, and promoting a positive, inclusive workplace.
